This website is run by PSSA Women's Rugby ("we", "us"). For anything about your personal information, contact us at [contact email address].

Strictly necessary – one cookie (pssa_consent) remembers your cookie choices for up to 6 months. If you are a site editor, a sign-in cookie keeps you logged in. These are always on because the site needs them.

Analytics – only if you accept. We use our own statistics, hosted with the website, to count visits and see which pages are popular. We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party tracking. We never store your IP address: we keep a scrambled code that changes every day, so you cannot be identified or followed between visits. Statistics are deleted after 13 months.

External media – only if you accept. Some pages may show content from other websites such as YouTube, maps or social media. Those websites may set their own cookies and have their own privacy policies.

You can change your choices at any time using the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.

If you contact us through the website we use your name, email address and message only to reply to you. We keep messages for [12 months] and then delete them. [Add details of anyone else who can see messages, e.g. club committee members.]

You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to how it is used. Contact us at [contact email address].

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
